CFC-EEX E-Pledge

Employees, in specified agencies, are given the choice of making a CFC payroll deduction pledge on-line through Employee Express (EEX).  Employee Express is a convenient, user friendly automated system that gives employees direct control over key payroll and personnel information without having to use forms or visit a personnel or payroll office.

CFC-EEX E-Pledge is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week beginning on campaign kick-off to December 15th via:  https://www.employeeexpress.gov

Assistance is available through the EEX help desk from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or phone (478) 757-3030.  Passwords for Employee Express can be requested On-Line or through Employee Express Help Desk.

PAYROLL DEDUCTION

In section 2 of the Central California CFC pledge form, the donor enters the amount he or she desires to have withheld from their pay, followed by calculating the annual contributed amount (Military personnel multiply withholding amount times 12)(Civilian personnel multiply withholding amount times 26). In section 6 of the pledge form, donor enters the calendar year and signs the pledge form.

CASH or CHECK

In section 2 of the Central California CFC pledge form, the donor enters the amount he or she desires to contribute as an annual gift. Checks should be made payable to "CFC".

MAKING A CONFIDENTIAL GIFT

A donor may submit his or her contribution anonymously. Place the WHITE and YELLOW copies of the pledge form in an envelope, seal and mark "Confidential Gift" on the front of the envelope. Turn in the envelope to your Key Worker or Coordinator. The confidential gift envelope will not be opened until it arrives at the CFC Audit Point where the audit clerk will open and record the contribution that will be integrated into the donor's organization total contributions. (Note: should a gift be made using the payroll deduction option, some confidentiality will be lost since the YELLOW copy of the pledge form will have to be forwarded to the Activity Coordinator for submission to the donor's payroll center/office)
