Here you will find instructions on how to designate your gift.

- Designate to a specific organization

- Designate to all international agencies

- Don't Designate a gift, Undesignated Gifts

*DESIGNATE TO A SPECIFIC ORGANIZATION

Utilizing the Current Year's (2009) Central California CFC Brochure, select your agency or agencies of choice. Identify the 5-digit code for the organization(s).

(Do not use prior year numbers, numbers from another CFC's Donor Guide, or numbers found in any other publication than the Central California CFC Donor Guide.)

In section 3 of the pledge form, enter the 5-digit agency code followed by the amount of the ANNUAL gift.

Each pledge form has space for five designations. Should more than five designations be desired, obtain a second pledge form and complete sections 1 and 3 only. Staple the second form to the original form.  Add all designation amounts and enter the total of all designations on the original form.

*DESIGNATE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES

Enter the 5-digit code [ I I I I I ] in section 3, followed by the amount of the ANNUAL gift. Your gift will be shared among all international agencies listed in the Brochure, proportional to the amount that each agency received in designations.

Leave all boxes blank in section 3 of the pledge form.

Your total gift will be shared among all agencies listed in the Brochure, proportional to the amount that each agency received in designations.
